In 2002 I began an art project where, as part of the piece, I gave myself the task of picking up and cataloguing one lost thing per day for 100 days. These items were photgraphed, sealed in plastic bags and tagged to create a library of lost things.
Since late 2016, I have continued the project by photographing lost items as I find them. I no longer bring them home though. They remain in the wild. The items are now archived via Instagram @anarchiveoflostthings.
